From time to time I happen across a post by some wannabe patriot. Talking about how the government can not force them to buy a product. To which I shake my head in disgust. These armchair belief patriots are making themself out to be idiots because they don't understand they consented to it with acceptance of the social/citizen contract. These "patriots" never researched their citizenship or its obligations.
I am less likely to call them patriots since their real name is belief zombies. Living their lives on autopilot founded on bad beliefs. To lazy or uncaring enough about freedom to dedicate even a small portion of their life in the understanding of it. Ready to bring up their constitutional rights like they have a clue as to what's going on.
Pathetic and sad these people form one of two political belief systems and spend the rest of their life blaming the OTHER GUY for all the problems. It is never our self to blame because we are so smart, if only people could see the world like I see it, they think.
Ego and beliefs will keep the majority of the patriots locked into ignorance for life. So be it, for those of us who want deeper understanding, we must search it out, always aware of how we intake information and any biases that might affect us.
For those of you interested in how you consented to Obama care, the answer is simple.
United states citizens are citizens of the federal government. The federal government is a corporation and a citizen is a subject.
Did you get that? You are a subject of a corporation.
It gets worse because not only are you a citizen of the federal gov't but you are also a employee.
Title 5 usc 552a states under the definition for federal personal that anyone getting or expecting to receive retirement benefits from the federal gov't is considered federal personal.
But wait it gets worse, looking thru your state laws it seems the definition of state means D.C. and it's territories. Making you a total and complete slave by your very own consent.
Now you know why the 13th amendment outlaws involuntary servitude and not servitude all together, because now it is totally legal for you to consent to be a slave.

Questions to help you find out where power comes from.
In today's world we are used to being told that we can not do something.
What we are not used to is questioning if the person telling us has that authority, and if they do, where did they get it?
We know that men can rule other men in one of two ways.
1. Consent
2. Force
We know in America our government rules by consent, Jefferson talked about it in the declaration.....
deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed
The first question we need to ask is "what happened to the people who did not consent"?
Did they have to move, were they put to death? What did the British subjects do after the war?
For those who did consent, what did they consent to? How much authority over their lives did they give the government that THEY created?

Why you are NOT a sovereign citizen.
Hello again folks.
Lots of talk online about sovereign citizens. Heck I have even been rumored to be one. But alas I am not, nor is anyone else.
Looking for the truth in a sea of lies built for hundreds of years is not an easy task.
It is easy to fall into the trap of running across a plausible explanation and letting confirmation bias accept it as the final answer.
But one thing I can tell you is that one answer leads to 20 more questions.
The sovereign citizen movement is filled with dis information. For one thing the very term is an oxymoron.
You can not be a sovereign (which means no higher power) and a citizen ( which means subject to a sovereign).
If someone tells me they are a sovereign citizen, to me it means they are intellectually lazy.
However I do admit, without a proper understanding of how your brain intakes and processes information, most of my blog posts will go right over your head.

Subject of God or subject of corporation?
Subject of God, or Subject of corporation?
Which one are you?
Most would say subject of god, but is that what is really happening?
Most of us claim citizenship without having the slightest clue what that entails. Here we will investigate this important issue.
But what is a citizen you ask, most would say it is a man or woman living in a country that has some form of government. That would be correct using the common understanding of the word citizen.
However, the government does not use the common meaning of the word, it uses the legal definition of the word.
Which is this....
The term "citizen" as used in government laws
In Powe v. U.S. 109 F2d 147, 149 (1940) the court determined what the term `citizen' means in federal statutes. Notice that the term `citizen,' when used in federal laws, excludes State citizens:
"... a construction is to be avoided, if possible, that would render the law unconstitutional, or raise grave doubts thereabout. In view of these rules it is held that `citizen' means `citizen of the United States,' and not a person generally, nor citizen of a State ..."
U.S. Supreme Court in US v. Cruikshank, 92 US 542:
"A person may be at the same time a citizen of the United States and a citizen of a State, but his rights of citizenship under one of these governments will be different from those he has under the other."
In 1887 the Supreme Court in Baldwin v. Franks 7 SCt 656, 662; 120 US 678, 690 found that:
"In the constitution and laws of the United States the word `citizen' is generally, if not always, used in a political sense ... It is so used in section 1 of article 14 of the amendments of the constitution ..."
The US Supreme Court in Logan v. US, 12 SCt 617, 626: "In Baldwin v. Franks ... it was decided that the word `citizen' .... was used in its political sense, and not as synonymous with `resident', `inhabitant', or `person' ..."
14 CJS section 4 quotes State v. Manuel 20 NC 122: "... the term `citizen' in the United States, is analogous to the term `subject' in the common law; the change of phrase has resulted from the change in government."
(Read that again. Pay attention. CITIZENS IN THE U.S. ARE SUBJECTS EVER SINCE THE CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT. What part don't you understand?)
125 Fed 322, 325: "The thirteenth amendment is a great extension of the powers of the national government."
U.S. v. Rhodes, 27 Federal Cases 785, 794: "The amendment [fourteenth] reversed and annulled the original policy of the constitution"
Hague v. CIO, 307 US 496, 520: "... the first eight amendments have uniformly been held not be protected from state action by the privileges and immunities clause" [of the fourteenth amendment]
That's right! the US Supreme Court says that Fourteenth Amendment citizens are not protected by the Bill of Rights.
Notice how they say citizen is used in its political sense right?
Now read this.....
Another topic. The phrase: "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" in the first sentence of the 14th Amendment.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on the meaning of the first sentence of the 14th Amendment in Elk v. Wilkins in 1884 (112 US 94) "The persons declared to be citizens are `all persons born or naturalized in the united states, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.' The evident meaning of these last words is, not merely subject in some respect or degree to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to their political jurisdiction, and owing them direct and immediate allegiance."
Do you owe direct and immediate allegiance to your servants?
If you claim to be a US citizen, then you are a subject of a corporation and not god.

Going to try and clear up some beliefs that are not true.
Myth number 1.
The constitution protects my freedom.
Reality is.... The constitution does not, if fact it has nothing to do with you or freedom. It is a contract between the state's and the national government. Like any contract, if your name is not on the contract, then you have no standing.
Myth number 2.
They violated my constitutional rights.
Reality is.......
The constitution gives no rights to FREE men,it is not possible for the created to grant rights to the creator. It does however list rights that can not be infringed for citizens. However these are civil rights and privileges and immunities as stated in the 14th.
Only servants, subjects, residents, citizens get civil rights, free men get natural rights.

The government is here to serve us.

The U.S. government is like every other government, a corporation, and as such, their bottom line is not the common man. Not to mention that citizens are subjects of their corporate government.

The government can not force me to buy insurance.
Reality is....
Citizenship while it may have its perks, it also has its drawbacks. As a citizen you gave up your natural rights for civil rights in what is called a social contract. Citizens get many benefits fron the government and as with any contract, you receive benefits then you owe a duty or obligation. One of your duties is to pay taxes, another is to obey the law, even if the law should be unconstitutional. Hence Obama care, no guns in Chicago, etc.
